Order refers to a purchase request made by you for Goods from INTELLEVO.

You refers to the individual, company, or legal entity accessing or using the Website or purchasing Goods from INTELLEVO.

2. Order Cancellation Rights

You may request to cancel your Order within 7 days from the date you receive the Goods.

The cancellation period begins on the date you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, receives the delivered product.

If your return request is approved, we will process your refund no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original Order, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.

  • The Goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • The Goods are returned in their original packaging.

  • You provide a receipt, invoice, or valid proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions listed above.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain Goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to their nature, including items that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.

  • Products that cannot be returned for health, safety, or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law or approved by INTELLEVO.

5. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us unless the return is due to an error by INTELLEVO or a confirmed product defect.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service when returning Goods. INTELLEVO cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

6. Inspection and Refund Process

Once we receive the returned Goods, our team will inspect the product to confirm that it meets the return conditions.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method, unless another refund method is agreed upon.

If the returned Goods do not meet the return conditions, we may refuse the refund and contact you regarding the next steps.

8. Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once the return is approved.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
